Lifeline is committed to extensive outcome measurement as a result of community-based training, participation in statewide outcome measurement programs, and our own desire to be successful with kids. In addition, Lifeline is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), an international accrediting body for social service organizations. This further external accountability is another way we are ensuring the quality and continual improvement of our services.
What people are saying about Lifeline... One of the most amazing things about Lifeline Youth and Family Services is their staff. They have one of the most professional, qualified and compassionate teams that I have had the chance to meet. They are committed to the families and children that they serve and that commitment is making a difference in the lives of so many in our community. Anna Bogdon, Missions Director
I have been affiliated with Lifeline for about 10 years now. I continue to be impressed by the dedication and commitment of the administrators and line staff. I have witnessed the effectiveness of the clinical programs in meeting the needs of the residents and their families. Many adolescents have been able to get their lives back on track thanks to the services they received at Lifeline. Don Marshall MD
I know many of Lifeline’s staff personally. For all of them, this is more than a job. They value each child in their care as a unique individual with unlimited potential. Our future is brighter because hurting children and parents find hope and healing through Lifeline. Cathie Humbarger Three Rivers Educational Trust Fund
In this day and age too many of our young people are sinking into a world of hopelessness and despair. Over the years as I have observed the Lifeline organization doing what their name implies—they are throwing a ”lifeline” of care and hope to these young people through a facility and staff that helps to train and guide them to a place of hope and self-care. Frank Rhoades, President
Lifeline Youth & Family Services has given me the privilege of volunteering time the last few years with boys at Pierceton Woods Academy. I have found the staff to be VERY concerned and caring toward the boys. Through the staff's example, they are learning kindness, politeness, responsibility, family values and love for God. I enjoy watching "my" boys grow! Maureen Hall
I am very careful where I invest my contribution dollars. I have to believe in my heart that my hard earned money and valuable time is supporting a cause that matters. I have supported Lifeline for over 10 years for that reason. Barb Umber, Executive Director
What an incredible asset to our community – an organization with integrity and leaders who genuinely care and live to help our youth and families in a time of need. We are proud to support an organization that is truly making a difference.
Having worked with students for 20 + years and now as a Senior Pastor, I understand the importance of finding the right place to find help for families in confusing times. We love Lifeline. Lifeline gets it! The leadership, vision and programs of Lifeline are a life-line to families and teens for churches and community organizations. Lifeline has a proven track record of effective programming for students. We love the mission, leadership and approach of Lifeline that seeks to honor Christ and take on the challenge of ministering to "the least of these." Johnny McCallister, Senior Pastor
Lifeline truly lives up to its name as a lifeline for struggling families and individuals. Their Christian perspective and talented counselors provide an unparalleled resource for our community and I’m pleased to offer a strong endorsement for Lifeline. Several of our employees’ families have greatly benefited from the services at Lifeline. Bruce Emerick, President / CEO
Today, while there are many worthwhile non-profit organizations to support, I’m very careful where I send my contributions. Lifeline’s has successfully served and helped youth and families in communities throughout the state for over 40 years. That’s why I give to Lifeline with trust and confidence. Doug Noll, CAI
I trust the leadership of Lifeline and the staff who work with them. They are making a difference in the lives of those they serve! Stan Buck, Lead Pastor
Lifeline has become the “Difference Maker” in the lives of so many people. This values-based organization shines brightly, giving both “hope” to families and “direction” to young people! Randall T. Lehman, CLU®, ChFC®, AEP®
I have known Lifeline and the value of its services for over 10 years. I know many of the leadership team at Lifeline and I have nothing but the utmost respect for their character and their commitment to the young men and women whose lives they impact forever. It is not often that you find an organization that consistently lives out its mission with every decision made. Lifeline does not just talk the talk when discussing integrity, character and a Christ centered organization, they WALK the WALK in a very meaningful way. I would not hesitate to refer Lifeline to any of my family or closest friends because I trust them. Although there are many organizations in need of support, Lifeline gets my company’s and my personal financial support because I believe they always, without question, do the right things for the right reasons, keeping the best interest of the kids in mind. Their effective programs help give these kids a chance and help them believe in themselves. I applaud the great work Lifeline does in the many communities in which it serves. Larry Weigand, President/Owner
