In our Home-Based Services program your family can be matched with one of our “Family Consultants” or FC’s. They’ll come right to your home (no stuffy office with a crowded waiting room!) to find out what’s going on and what you need help with. They’ll help you and your family find some real solutions to the struggles you’re having—and the specific steps everyone needs to take along the way to reach your goals! Each week your FC will come back and you’ll get together to talk about what’s going well, what’s not, and to learn some more tools to help make your family stronger.
